The owner was concerned that the protective coating on his foam ridge & edge repairs was deteriorating thus exposing the foam to the harmful UV that would damage the foam's waterproofing integrity. The owner was conscious of the high cost of neglecting to repair this problem, realizing that preempting such damage was wise long term. Our Company was hired by the owner to repair these areas and re-coat them with a highly reflective UV resistant coating. GSM-Thane (bright silver) was chosen due to its proven effectiveness as a waterproofing membrane and for its high UV resistance. It also is a cost effective solution that helped minimize cost to the owner.
